SOIL INVESTIGATION
(1) Conducting boring Test up to 15m to 30m depending upon the structure.
(2) Calculation of Soil Penetration Test(SPT),Soil Bearing Capacity(SBC),California Bearing Ratio(CBR)
(3) Conducting Laboratory Test of soil such as Grain Size Analysis, Atterberg's limit, moisture Content and Field Dry Density(FDD)
(4) Preparation of Soil Report showing details of soil classification in different level.
LAND DEVELOPMENT
(1) Consultancy on Land leveling as per contour map obtained from topographic survey.
(2) Preparation of Layout plan showing built up area, approach road, drainage, sewerage and water supply.
(3) Preparation of Lighting Layout in the specified layout plan.
(4) Planning for Gardening and Plantation for balancing the eco system.
ROAD DESIGNING
(1) Conducting Road Survey.
(2) Conducting CBR Test.
(3) Designing of Road Crust.

QUALITY CONTROL
(1) Conducting different Load Test as per BIS
(2) Preparation of Mix design (cement, sand and water) ratio for different grade of concrete.
